Keeping in the Loop

These terms explain what happens when you ask to be kept in the loop by Best You Group. They sit alongside our privacy policy, which covers your personal information in full.

1. Who we are

“Best You Group”, “we” and “us” mean the Best You businesses based at 38 Pall Mall, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 1EE, trading as Best You Training, Best You Products, Hyperboost, Genius+, QualDashboard, Salon Ladder, Accred-Assure, Best You Beauty, Best You Business and Best You Solutions.

2. What you are signing up for

By ticking the box and joining, you agree that any Best You Group brand may contact you with news and offers by email and, if you give us your mobile number, by text message. This is a single sign-up for the whole group, so you will not need to join each brand separately.

3. What we will send

• New courses, qualifications and training dates
• Clinic machine, skincare and filler launches
• Offers, early access and member-only prices
• Business tools, accreditation updates and industry news
• Invitations to open days, launches and events

We aim to keep it useful and not too often, usually no more than a few messages a month.

4. Your interests

If you tell us what you are interested in, or what best describes you, we use it to send you more of what matters to you and less of what does not. You can tell us about new interests at any time by signing up again with the same email address, or by emailing us.

5. Your details

• We collect your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number, your role and your interests, along with when you agreed to these terms.
• Our legal basis for sending marketing is your consent.
• Your details are held by Best You Group and our email provider, Mailchimp, which may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
• Your details are shared only within Best You Group. We never sell them or pass them to other businesses for their own marketing.
• We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed, then delete or anonymise them as set out in our privacy policy.

6. Changing your mind

You can stop hearing from us whenever you like. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, follow the opt-out instructions in any text, or email support@bestyoutraining.co.uk. Unsubscribing is free, and we will act on it promptly. It does not affect any course, order or service you have with us.

7. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over and sign up with your own details.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and if we make a significant change we will let you know by email.
